- Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions or personalized artwork are not eligible for return. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with the design and details before placing a custom order.
2. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the price of the artwork minus any shipping fees. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

- I will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return shipping address.

- Open the packaging carefully with clean hands.
- Do not fold the painting.
- Avoid exposure to water or chemicals
- Avoid touching the painted area to prevent fingerprints and scratches
- Preferable to get it framed as soon as you receive it
